 Local boyscout Colton Zenni approached ETCDC with a plan to build a roof structure onto an existing stage as part of his Eagle Scout Project. 

Through meetings with the Colton, his parents, and volunteer professionals ETCDC prepared a conceptual plan for the project. A special thanks to Robert Johnson with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. and Ken Barry with S&ME, Inc. for engineering coordination to make this project a reality. 

The project will be managed by the boy scout troop with guidance from volunteer construction professionals.
