They offer many resources including residential services, in-home support, day services, a Saturday therapeutic recreation program, job skill development, and community integration.

ETCDC and volunteer professional adviser, Len Johnson, AIA, developed a residential campus master plan and an office facility for the Breakthrough Corporation property on Thurman Lane in South Knoxville. They have recently expanded by adding a duplex and apartment building to the campus.

The ETCDC assisted Breakthrough Corporation again in 2020 by assessing a building in the Vestal Community and helping them determine if the building can be converted to meet their client and overall community goals.
