T. Ross building). These plans would lead to the continued development of the park, which now has a pool and community gardens.

Malcolm Martin Park is a recreational park featuring a softball field, two tennis courts, and an outdoor basketball court. In the summer months, the Ed Cothran Pool is in full swing with a concession stand, picnic shelters, and restrooms. The Malcolm Martin Greenway winds around a playground and shelter in the eastern section of the park.
